Here you can find the outline of our Online Yin Yoga 30h Teacher Training Course

5 Elements - International School of Yoga and Movement is a place of learning and collaboration for yoga teachers and students from all around the world. We offer courses in Europe and India.

Upon completion of this fully online Yin yoga course, you will be eligible for 30h of continued education hours with Yoga Alliance. You can also participate in-person in Kraków, Poland.

Yin Yoga is a therapeutic yoga practice which benefits the bones, joints, muscles, fascia and the nervous system. It derives its knowledge from the Hatha yoga and Chinese Medicine traditions and is the closest to the most ancient descriptions of yoga.

It's suitable for practitioners of all levels, from fitness freaks to bedridden patients. It can benefit all these populations by improving the following conditions:

-muscular pain

-muscular stiffness

-joint stiffness

-joint pain

-back pain

-insomnia

-anxiety

-chronic fatigue

-MS and other inflammatory neurological disorders

and many more.

 

This course is designed to people who have already undergone basic training as yoga teachers, fitness instructors, physiotherapists, dance teachers, massage therapists etc. This course is also a 30h credit towards our 300h Advanced Yoga TTC “5 Elements Yoga: Yin, Somatics Vinyasa, Pranayama, Mindfulness”.

 

It focuses primarily on Yin Yoga asana practice and does not provide complete training on general teaching methodology, anatomy, physiology, pranayama, kriya, meditation, yoga philosophy and ethics. Students interested in developing their skills in theses aspects of teaching yoga should consult our syllabus for the Foundation RYT 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course.

 

This is course is for you if you:

  • prefer to study yoga online and obtain Yoga Alliance YACEP certificate

  • wish to share yoga practice with others

  • love working with people

  • are independent and wish to be able to sequence your own classes

  • want to learn about practical anatomy to make sure your teachings are safe and beneficial

  • love to meet people from different life paths and nationalities who are passionate about yoga

About the Syllabus

This course entitles to register for 30 Continued Education Hours for RYTs registered with Yoga Alliance. We are a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider. There are 28 contact hours. Graduates will receive certificates in English. This course is also a 30h credit towards our 300h Advanced Yoga TTC “5 Elements Yoga: Yin, Somatics Vinyasa, Pranayama, Mindfulness”

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Yoga Alliance has authorized schools to run all trainings entirely in the online mode for a couple of months. Therefore, we have brought our yoga TTC online. Online classes will be transmitted via the Zoom platform. You would need a smartphone or a computer to run the app, using a camera in your device can be very beneficial but is not required. If you cannot join us at the designated class hours for live streaming, you can still do classes from recordings. Below is the outline of the course syllabus.

Live course:

7-10 August 2021, 7 am - 5 pm CEST (10:30 am - 8:30 pm IST) (You skip the last day of 10 August if you wish.)

You can also participate in-person in Kraków, Poland.

You can follow the course at your own pace from recordings starting from now - you need to complete all assignments online.

You will receive access to recordings of the classes.
