Travel to India for our transformative retreats
5 Elements International School of Yoga & Movement is a place of learning and collaboration for yoga and somatic therapy teachers and students from all around the world. We encourage you to travel to South India - the homeland of modern yoga - to have the most genuine experience of learning. We offer yoga teacher training courses in Goa (India) and Poland. We are members of major international organizations for yoga teachers, yoga therapists and massage therapists. Meet the people behind the school.
Learn diverse yoga styles that will make your practice complete and enhance your mission as a teacher.
We are born to evolve, yet our paths on this journey are inscrutable. We recognise that each of us is different and we all have different goals. We offer an approach to yoga that cherishes this diversity of needs rather than brand names. We teach in small groups, up to 10 people.
Our charity work has been featured by the Give Back Yoga foundation.
We believe yoga is for everyone. Our founder has been involved in various charitable and volunteering yoga projects for several years. To know more, please read this text. We invite interested organizations which host disenfranchised people, as well as donors, to get in touch with us.

"Szymon led us, with grace, ease, and assurance, into the world of yoga (...) we sought an instructor who could thoughtfully tailor classes to our personal needs. Szymon was the perfect resource, blending traditional yoga techniques (and even a few modern dance stretches) into continually evolving sessions that helped us progress at a guided pace (...) — what a wonderful teacher, whom we greatly miss!
